Although Borderline Personality Disorder can be a fairly new diagnosis, with even newer therapy choices, those of us who've accepted our ailment and worked tough at recovery are now beyond just managing the symptoms. We're living fantastic lives.

Lastly we have to develop relationships, find meaningful work, and believe in self.
As you could picture, step 3 is where the actual fun begins, but ultimately we all discover how to embrace everything about our lives, even the hard parts from the past. If you are in step two and starting to get your BPD symptoms under control, you can find some things you can start performing now to lead into step three.
Start getting involved with folks, even when it is only via the mental health community, such as assistance groups for those with mental illness. You may also discover individuals in church groups or college courses. Take a self-inventory of what you really enjoy and join a club or group of like-minded folks.
BPD symptoms Blog – To find meaningful work that makes you really feel great about yourself, start by creating on serving in a more organized way. For example, as soon as you have gone to that specific club or group for a little while, volunteer to make the coffee or put up the chairs each and every time. As time passes, your resilience and confidence will grow and you will be in a position to do a lot more.
