Call Capture Text-to-Voice

PleaseText.Me's real estate call capture module has always been able to play your recorded voice to a consumer, but now there is another easy way to generate these recordings. When managing your properties in the application, simply click "Text-to-Voice" and begin typing. Whatever you type will be spoken by the computer when a consumer request information on that property.

Text-to-Voice enables absurdly quick updates with almost no work whatsoever. If you have a price change, you can have your voice & text message responses updated, before most IDX feeds will even pick up the new information. Simply log in to your account and select the property, update two fields and you're done.

Text-to-Voice also serves as a virtual assistant if used correctly. For example, a property manager might post information about security deposit requirements, restrictions on pets, or anything else that is normally one of those first few questions from a prospective tenant. Sales agents can highlight any financing options or restrictions that might be relevant to a prospect or connect the phone call to a buyer's agent or assistant to set an appointment.

PleaseText.Me provides mobile technology that helps real estate agents provide property to a prospect's cell phone in multiple formats. The solution integrates call capture, text message marketing, and QR code forwarding to help convert more leads into sales and convert more listing presentations into listings.
